4 Science was the compulsory class to take parts in this competition and certain student from 2 Angsana. At first, when my English teacher, Mrs. Selva told us that my class are going to take part choral speaking competition. Everyone was very excited. Around 2 month before the competition held, every of my class member started give up included me. The reason of giving up was, almost half of my classmate said that it was very embarrassing do the funny action and expression. Another reason we give up was the script was quite long. Every one was lazy to memorize the script, action and expression. When two week holiday, my teacher wanted us went to school for the choral speaking practice. My teacher asked one of my classmate burns the choral speaking competition for us to watch and follow some action and expression they did. After that, another classmate, Waran, ride his motorcycle to my classmate house and he had met an accident. He broke his leg and has to stay at house for 2 to 3 month. From giving up that competition, we change our mind to take this competition as an experience. 3 day before competition, we keep on train and train until 3pm something. 24th June 2009 was choral speaking competition. Every 1st and 2nd row must wear prefect cloth because it’s look neat while the 3rd row must wear the normal school uniform. Everyone looked very nervous, even the teacher also the same. Before our school performs, we kept on practice and practice to ensure that we were 100% prepared! We were the school number 10 to present our choral speaking in front of other school. That time, I started very nervous and same goes to out classmate. When we started nervous, we present not enough 8 min and we get deduct mark that why my school get top 5. After the presentation, every of us scream at outside because we had finish perform!

This is the following script:

“Mummy, where is Earth?”
“It was once our home dear… It’s far away from where we are now.”
Once? Notice the past tense.
Our story begins 30 years into the future.
The Earth, as we know it, no longer exists.
Raging fires, massive floods, the depleting ozone,
Increased CO2 emissions…
The intense climate change
Finally brought about the destruction of our home
Our Earth
We now live in a spaceship, hovering in the empty black void of the universe.
From a window, we see what is now left of our planet.
A huge mass of degradation.
“Climate change can do that?”
“YES!!!”
Climate change, is just what it says
A change in the normal weather patterns.
“Okay… So, what do I care?”
“Hey! Dude, did you know that 1 degree increase in our world’s climate can cause global destruction?”
It’s true!
A 1 degree increase in our global weather will cause extreme changes!
The polar ice caps will melt,
Causing a sudden increase in water levels.
Countries can be lost under water forever!
What else can change our climate?
CO2 emission!
An increasing amount of CO2 in our atmosphere also contributes to a change in environment.
Okay, okay
So there are just two scenarios. So… what can we do about it?

If we make a change now, we may still have a place to call Home, in the future.
