Akif’s GroupMy name is Eltigra. My life was a wreck. Countless years of sin has filled me with remorse. One night, I had a nightmare that makes me feel disgusting with myself. I felt want to change my life to be a better man. But no one believes me.
It was hard to do it by myself. So, I determined to proof that I can change myself. The first step I took is by going to the gym to decrease the amount of fats in my body. By that, I have lost my weight. Due to this I have gained confidence and started tackles girls.One day he was saw a very beautiful girl near his house. He start to love her. But, the girl was a rich girl. After all, I knew that girl, I started to change my outlook and make myself more casual and handsome. I borrowed a Ferrari from my uncle- Michael Jackson. Then, I went to Pavillion to buy her some presents. So, I went to her house to give her a super big surprise.
When I entered her house, I got a big shock. You want know what had happen? I just can’t believe my own eyes. Her mouth was bleeding. I saw a white man getting out from her bedroom. He his holding a tape. I don’t know what will be happen next.
So, I approached her slowly. She was screaming. I asked her, what had happen. She told me that the white man is her mom’s boyfriend, and she told me that he want to marry my mom. He just 23 years old whereas my mom was 63 years old. So, she don’t really agree with his plan. So, he started to whack her. Finally, I helped her to treat her wounds, and I proposed my love to her. Norinni's Group“Aaarrggh!!!.” Muzlyia, Jamilah, Norinni and Emylia were screaming loudly. They were shocked to see a big pimple on Bedah’s face. This is because she was so stressed up of her constipation problem.There are many ways to prevent the stress. Firstly, get your mind rest for a while. It will decrease Bedah’s stress.Then, you can start off with all balanced diet. Balanced diet consists of 7 classes food such as vitamin, mineral, carbohydrates, protein and so on. Besides, it must be in a right quantity of food. By the way, with a balanced diet can lead to a healthy life and prevent constipation.On the other hand, we can prevent this problem by consoling the doctor. To overcome this problem, you have to consume a lot of fruits. Such as banana and papaya. Which is rich in vitamins. Pimples and constipation won’t be big problem for Bedah anymore. What “to do” toy think about this?Well, actually we can take this as a small matter if we make a practice a healthy lifestyle. Then, we also can make an appointment with the doctor. So that we will know our health, body and a new information about the disease that Bedah’s have. Furthermore, her friend must give advice and not make a joke with Bedah’s. What do you think if Bedah’s have another disease such as Bulimia and?
This constipation problem must not be ignored. Ignoring it could cause long term diseases. Such as rectum cancer. So, we must take care as well as following all of the above methods. This way, Bedah would be able to solve the constipation problem. As well as the pimple problem. Aina's GroupThere is one little boy who live in the jungle. His name is Roti John, he is an orphan and has no friends. He was alone without any friends. Pity him. He was thinking about his future life.
One day, he meet with Baby Bear that can speak with human. The Baby Bear named is Johari Naib. It were very cute and small. So, he can keep it in his pocket and bring it everywhere.Johari Naib was once a human who was cursed by extremely ugly witch. He had no idea on how to break the spell. He asked Roti John if he could help him. Roti John thought for a while and he remembered about a very smart wizard back at his town. He just might help Johari.Then, Roti John took Johari Naib back to the town that called ‘Far far away.’ After they reached the town, all the citizens were shocked. They wonder where the hell they came from. And then, they started laughing at them. Johari Naib came out from Roti John’s pocket. He asked ‘Why?’Then, come a girl named ‘Murtabak.’ “Eeww.. where in the world did you come from?” Roti John replied, ‘We are the magical creatures from ‘Indera Kayangan.’ Where can we find the ugly duckling witch? Murtabak showed a very beautiful castle at the end of the road. Roti John can quickly to the castle. After their met, the witch she chast s spell and changed Johari Naib to a beautiful young princess.
At the end, since the princess loved to eat Roti John, she agreed to marry with Roti John. So, they lived happy ugly ever after.To Be Continue Part 3
